Storage instructions

  • Keep live crabs cool and moist; ideally in a breathable container at 5–10°C and cook as soon as possible.

  • Cooked or processed crab meat should be kept refrigerated at 0–2°C.

  • Once cooked and opened, consume within 1 day.

  • If freezing cooked meat, freeze on the day of cooking and use within 3 months for best quality.
